THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Appeal No.233 of 2015 Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The writ appeal is summarily dismissed as we think that the learned Trial Judge has rightly rejected the interim relief application because if it is granted, it would amount to granting the relief in the writ petition.

However, it would be open for the appellants/writ petitioners to pray for an early disposal of the writ petition before the learned Trial Judge.

Pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
