THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.29675 OF 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not passing the orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06-10-2010 seeking distribution of seigniorage fee collected from the Reach No.27 i.e., Kothapeta-Kedarlanka Reach to the Kothapeta Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner for distribution of the proceeds out of said sand reach and till such time not to disburse the amount to the 6th respondent in 65% : 35% ratio.

In view of interim direction granted by this Court on 29-11-2010 directing the respondents to consider representation purported to have been made by the petitioner on 06-10-2010 and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
