Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant bail in the event of his arrest by the I Town Police Station, Siddipet in crime No. 130 ot 2022 on such terms, otherwise the Petitioners/Accused No. 3 shall be put to great irreparable loss and injury.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. V. Raj Kumar Gabriel, Advocate for the Petition"r rnd the'Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

The Court made the following: ORDER

Crl.Petition No.6497 ol 2022 THE HONOURABLE SRI IUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6497 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who are arrayed as Accused No.3 in the event of his arrest in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, I-Town Police Station Siddipet, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304-8 r/w.24 of Indian penal Cocle 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and leamed Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is already filed. ( 4.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was said to be absconding and the police had sought

Crl.Petition No.6497 of 2022 for non-bailable warrant fiom concerned Court and no such warrants ale issued.

Under the circumstances, there are no warrants pendi_ng, there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner. However, i keeping in view the petitioner has to attend for the proceedings before the trial Court, the petitioner shall be surrendered before the learned Pri. Judicial First Class Magisfrate, Siddipet and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties to the like sum each, to its satisfaction.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. 7.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this i criminal petition, shall stand closed.
