Heard before admission and before notice to 2nd respondent, this criminal revision case is disposed of, directing the lower court to supply copy application sought for by directing the office of the learned Magistrate. If the copy application is, in any respect, not in proper form, the court got liberty to reject. If aggrieved, the petitioner can approach the court afresh.
