This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not investigating the crime in FIR.No.345 of 2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that charge sheet is filed in the said crime and produced a copy of charge sheet. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed. However, the concerned officer shall see that the charge-sheet gets numbered as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
