The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the second respondent in not taking action in pursuance of the complaints made by the petitioners on 20.05.2019, 13.09.2019 and 17.09.2019 and not registering FIR against the persons named in the said complaints. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 25.10.2019, would submit that based on the complaint, dated 13.09.2019, made by the petitioners, to the second respondent herein, a case in Crime No.168 of 2019 on the file of Kodad Rural Police Station, was registered under Sections 447, 427, 341, 504, 506 read with 34 IPC, on 18.09.2019. By the said written instructions, it is also stated that based on the complaint made on 17.09.2019, another case in Crime No.170 of 2019 has also been registered on the file of the same police station under same sections of law on 18.09.2019 itself, though receipt of the complaint, dated 20.05.2019, is denied.

In the light of the aforestated submission, since two FIRs have been registered on the basis of the complaints dated 13.09.2019 and 17.09.2019, the cause in the writ petition does not survive anymore.
