Heard Mr.Abhishek Reddy for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioners challenge the Notice under Section 7 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905 dated 06.06.2018, as illegal and without jurisdiction. The Assistant Government Pleader places on record, the written instruction of even date received from Tahsildar/3rd respondent which are to the effect that the notice impugned in the writ petition is withdrawn through proceedings No.B/1720/18 dated 15.06.2018.

Writ petition is closed as further orders are not necessary. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
