HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M. S. RAMACHANDRA RAO AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.23253 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao) It is sated by the learned counsel on both sides that the E-Auction scheduled to be held on 25.10.2019 in respect of the subject property did not occur and that the 1st petitioner will take action to notify a fresh E-Auction in future.

2. Therefore, we dismiss this Writ Petition as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to question any fresh E-Auction notice, which may be issued by the respondents in respect of the subject property. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
