This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for the following relief: "To declare the action of respondents 1 and 2 in interfering with the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.232 of 2009 on the file of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, between the petitioner and respondent 3 in respect of house No.17-1-182/104/A/2, situated at Banonagar, Santoshnagar, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary." 2.

When the matter is called today, written

instructions dated 20.01.2015 furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Madannapet Police Station, have been made available before this Court by the learned Government Pleader. In the said written instructions it is stated that the respondent Police never interfered with the civil dispute, much less with the dispute of the petitioner and mere registration of criminal cases and proceeding with the investigation as per law would not amount to interference of the respondent Police in the civil disputes.

In view of the above written instructions furnished by the learned Government Pleader stating that police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner this Court does not find any reason to proceed further with the matter. 4.

In the circumstances, recording the said written instructions, the writ petition is closed.

5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
