HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13611 OF 2015 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to deposit the entire decreetal amount payable to the petitioners to the credit of EP.No.15, 16, 17 and 3 of 2015 in LA.OP.No.57 of 2011, 59 of 2011, 82 of 2012 and 2 of 2012, pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal and III Additional District Judge, Gadwal.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that except in respect of OP.No.2 of 2012, the respondents have deposited the compensation in respect of other OPs, which are referred to. He also relied on the Judgment rendered by this Court in WP.No.12262 of 2015.
Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that since the Land Acquisition Officer referred the matter to the learned Advocate General for opinion, steps were not taken for depositing the amount as was done in other OPs and now steps will be taken for depositing the amount, if some time is granted. In view of the above facts and circumstances and in view of the Judgment relied on by the petitioner in WP.No.12262 of 2015, the writ petition is allowed, directing the respondents to deposit the entire decreetal amount to the credit of EP.No.3 of 2015 in OP.No.2 of 2012, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
