Even on the last date of hearing i.e., on 09-02-2016, there was no representation for the appellants. Today also, there was no representation for the appellants in the forenoon and even at 4.00 P.M.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
