This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in Crime No.206 of 2013 on the file of Station House Officer, Town Police Station, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
