fca_415_2013 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree dated 02-09-2013 in O.P.No. 710 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

A perusal of the record shows that the dispute was referred to Lok Adalat which has passed an award dated 13-02-2016 based on the joint compromise memo filed by the parties before it.

Learned counsel for the appellant is not present. However, Sri A.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the respondent, has confirmed that the Lok Adalat at Hyderabad has passed award dated 13-02-2016 based on the joint compromise memo filed by both parties.

In the light of the above, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned award with the direction that the terms and conditions contained therein shall form part of this judgment. 5.

As a sequel to disposal of the Family Court Appeal, F.C.A.M.P.No. 643 of 2015 shall stand closed as infructuous.
