Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for respondents.

Petitioner claims that he owns agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.703/R/A/1 of Rampalle Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. He further claims that as some of the encroachers are trying to encroach into his land, in order to protect his land, he made an application in F-line for conducting of survey and demarcation of his land through TSTS Limited. The TSTS Limited issued receipt of filing of such application on 09.10.2019 which is marked as Ex.P.1. 3.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, so far survey is not conducted. That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-4th respondent to act upon the request of petitioner for conducting of survey and take appropriate decision as warranted by law and communicate a decision to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
