HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13543 OF 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is challenging the transfer orders on the ground that the respondents are transferring frequently and the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue status-quo orders on 24.6.2005 and the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation during the pendency of Writ Petition and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
