HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.19715 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was holding the post of Village Administrative Officer as well as the Branch Post Master. According to him, he is entitled to hold the said posts as per Rules. However, in spite of the submissions made by him in response to the show cause notice dated 27.04.1993, he was removed from service vide proceedings dated 17.05.1993 of the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, he filed a petition before the 1st respondent to review the order of removal, but so far no action has been taken. Recently, on 24.04.2015 he again submitted a representation to the 1st respondent to consider his review petition.

3. Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the review petition filed by the petitioner, where under he sought to set aside the removal order and to pay him the service benefits, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
