O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking action pursuant to his complaint dated 30.12.2010 against respondents 3 to 5.

The Inspector of Police, Mancherial Police Station, Adilabad District, filed a counter affidavit stating that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.14 of 2011 was registered under Sections 324, 427, 447 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Mancherial Police Station.

After completion of the investigation, the police authorities filed a final report before the competent criminal Court on 15.02.2011 referring the case as 'false'.

In the light of the aforestated developments, Sri Surendra Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that his client may be permitted to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law as regards the final report filed by the police authorities. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
