The appellants claim to be the absolute owners and possessors of the subject property in respect of which respondent No.1 approached the learned writ court for a direction to the official respondents to decide upon his representation to mutate his name in the revenue records and to
issue pattadar pass books. In that view of the matter Leave to appeal made through this interlocutory application is allowed.
