THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO COMPA No.832 of 2017 in C.P.No.188 of 2001 ORDER:

M/s.Balaji Lockers Benefit Fund Limited, which is a company incorporated by the Companies Act, 1956, was directed to be wound up by this Court on 22-04-2002 in C.P.No.188 of 2001. 2.

Thereafter, the Official Liquidator took possession of the movables, books of accounts and other records of the company from the police authorities at Nellore on 09-08-2002. 3.

Statement of Affairs was filed by the Ex. Executive Directors on 20-11-2002.

According to the Official Liquidator, only movable items were available for disposal and these had been sold pursuant to the order dt.28-04-2004 in C.A.No.908 of 2004 and an amount of Rs.2,100/- was realized. In view of this meager amount being available with the Official Liquidator, he could not proceed for invitation of claims from the creditors of the company. According to him, as on date, the funds available with the office of the Official Liquidator in regard to the credit of the said company is only Rs.100/-. He states that there are no further affairs to be pursued by the Official Liquidator and the company therefore be dissolved.

In view of the above statement of the Official Liquidator, the company in liquidation is dissolved from today and the Company Petition is closed.

Since the half yearly statements have been filed up to 3009-2009 and have been audited, and there is no realization on account of the company thereafter, the filing of half yearly accounts is dispensed with.

The Official Liquidator is permitted to dispose /destroy the records of the company after expiry of five years from today. 8.
