THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20130 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein will vacate the subject premises within a period of three months and hand over the same to the second respondentProddatur Municipality. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and, keeping in view the longstanding continuation of the petitioners herein, this Court deems it appropriate to grant ten weeks' time from today to the petitioners herein to vacate the subject premises and to hand over the same to the second respondent-Proddatur Municipality. It is also made clear that, if the petitioners herein do not vacate the subject premises, within the time stipulated above, they are liable for appropriate action to be initiated by this Court under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
