The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside order dated 20-09-2014 issued by respondent No.3 in Form No.V-C declaring the petitioner as having ceased to be a Member of Ruguda Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency, Srikakulam District.

Today, this Court has disposed of W.P.No.29897 of 2014 wherein order dated 20-9-2014 of respondent No.3 in Form No.V-C, similar to the one impugned in the present Writ Petition, has been challenged. Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order with the direction that the reasons and the directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.37229 of 2014 and WVMP No.3919 of 2014 stand disposed of.
