Date: 31.10.2019 Between :

Srinivasa Rao Petitioner And State of Telangana, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat Building, Hyderabad & others.

Respondents This court made the following :

ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record. 2.

Petitioner claims to have purchased the land to an extent of Ac.0-09 guntas in Sy.No.405/A1 of Patancheru village and mandal, Sangareddy district. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that some other persons also purchased land to an extent of Ac.0-27 guntas in the same survey number and they were issued with pattadar passbook and title deed, but petitioner was denied the same. According to petitioner, all of them are in separate possession and enjoyment as per the extents mentioned in their passbooks, but there are some minor boundary differences and therefore he made application to conduct survey and in spite of repeated requests, survey is not conducted, hence this writ petition.

3.

As per the procedure evolved by the Government, request for conducting survey has to be made by way of F-Line application through online web portal and no application in physical form is accepted. Having realized the same, during the pendency of writ petition, petitioner made such application through TSTS web portal on 25.9.2019 vide Application No.DER021900428892. Learned counsel placed on record copy of receipt dated 25.9.2019. 4.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for conducting survey and for fixing boundaries after issuing notice to

the neighbouring land owners and thereafter pass appropriate orders, as per law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J Date: 31.10.2019 DA
