J U D G M E N T

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) In terms of the Memo dated 21.08.2017 filed in this appeal, Sri M.R.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the appellants, states that the matter has become infructuous, as the parties have settled their respective claims before the Lok Adalat, District Court, Mahabubnagar, under Award dated 17.05.2017.

Recording the said statement, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
