Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they are the owners of land admeasuring Ac.0.34 guntas in Survey No.673 of Isnapur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District.

On 12.07.2019, petitioners made a representation to the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Sanga Reddy District, requesting to conduct survey of their land. Alleging that the survey is not conducted, this Writ Petition is filed.

As per the procedure evolved by the Government, an application has to be made in F-Line through online web portal and such application has to be addressed to the Tahsildar. As the application was not made to the competent authority and in accordance with the procedure evolved by the Government, it cannot be said that the respondents are not acting on the representation made by the petitioners. Further, even the Tahsildar is not made as a party to the Writ Petition. Thus, no relief as sought for by the petitioners can be granted. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to make appropriate application, as prescribed, to the competent authority. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
