ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing release of Aryan @ Furkhan @ Aaryan Chowdary, S/o. Mohd. Jamaluddin, by setting aside the proceedings No.SB(I) No.70/PD/S-1/2016, dt.17.02.2016, issued by respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Mr. K. Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the detenu, has not disputed that the petitioner, who is no other than the wife the brother of the detenue herein, has filed W.P. No.24604 of 2016 on behalf of her husband, namely, Md. Asif, also seeking similar relief. It is also not disputed that petitioner's husband and the detenu in the present case are co-accused in all the criminal cases based on which both of them have been detained. By a detailed order passed on 20.12.2016 in W.P. No.24604 of 2016 this Court has upheld the detention of Md. Asfi. For the same reasons as mentioned in the said writ petition, the validity of the detention order passed in this case is also upheld. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. The reasons contained in order dt.20.12.2016 in W.P. No.24604 of 2016 shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.32006 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
