Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the crime on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 17.04.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Shantinagar Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, stating that action has already been taken on the petitioner's complaint by registering Consecutive No.30/2018 and after investigation, petty case charge sheet was filed on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Alampur to try the accused for the offence punishable under Section 504 IPC.
