CONTEMPT CASE No. 1381 of 2018 ORAL ORDER:

W.P. No 35638 of 2017 was disposed of by order dated 26.10.2017 leaving it open to the petitioner to apply for grant of pattedar pass book and title deeds in accordance with the procedure prescribed. It was further observed that as and when such application is made, same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application. Alleging inaction of the said direction, this contempt case is filed, 2.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the letter dated 10.7.2018 addressed by the Tahsildar, Utnoor to petitioner, informing the petitioner that his request can not be considered. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner sought to contend that said decision is not in accordance with the parameters of consideration and issuance of pattedar pass books.

This Court has not expressed any opinion nor gave any specific direction indicating the manner for consideration of the application of the petitioner and direction issued was only to consider the application as and when it was submitted by the petitioner. The application submitted by the petitioner was considered, decision is made and communicated to petitioner. This Court is satisfied that the same is in accordance with the direction issued by this Court. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
