THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 23213 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner asserts that he is the surviving legal heir of late Sri Kalledi Gangaram, who was the fair price shop dealer of Mangalpahad Village, Yedpally Mandal, Nizamabad District; that his father was passed away on 31.01.2016 and that he is eligible to be considered for appointment as a fair price shop dealer in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014. His grievance is that though he submitted an application therefor on 09.09.2019, so far, the respondent authorities are not considering the same.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

It is to be noted that G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014 confers certain benefits to the legal heirs of the deceased fair price shop dealers for appointment as fair price shop dealer on compassionate ground.

In those circumstances, the third respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Bodhan, Nizamabad District, is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.09.2019 and pass

CKR, J W.P.No.23213 of 2019 appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of.
