The ICIC Lombard General Insurance filed the present appeal assailing the order and decree dated 16-11-2010, passed by V Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - V Additional District Judge, Rayachoti in MVOP.No.412 of 2008.

At the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. The appellant - insurance company sought permission to withdraw the appeal and in pursuance of the same, Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 14.07.2018 dismissing the appeal as withdrawn. The original of the award dated 14.07.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 14.07.2018.
