ORDER:

This company application is filed for the following substantive relief:

".......(i) direct the respondent to give benefits of the administrative order dated 14.11.2008 passed by this Hon'ble Court and restore the applicants herein on par with the similar/identically placed other company paid assistants from the date they have been given such benefits;

(ii) direct the respondent to pay the arrears of salary after fixing the pay sales on par with the similar company paid assistants till date; and (iii) pass such further or other order or orders......." At the hearing, Ms.Tejaswini, learned counsel representing Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel for the applicants, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the company application with liberty to her clients to approach the Official Liquidator with an appropriate application for redressal of their grievance on administrative side.

The request of the learned counsel for the applicants is accepted.
