O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the official respondents in taking action against unofficial respondents in terms of clause No.8.2.2 of tender notification for awarding contract for road transportation of bulk while petroleum products for a period of five years with effect from 1.5.2015 vide tender No.14000011-HD11770/HPC/ SECUNDERABAD/ BULK/POL2015-20, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submit that the persons against whom the petitioner has made complaints, have been black listed.

The petitioner is alleging fraud on the official of the respondent - Corporation in awarding contract and also making omnibus allegations. The allegations and the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition are in the nature of public interest. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
