HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.134 of 2017 ORDER:

The learned Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent-State submits that the police filed final report of the crime No.73 of 2016 of Women P.S.Nalgonda, against the petitioners/accused persons that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate by allotting Calendar Case number.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioners to impugn said police final report by filing fresh petition with chargesheet and part-II C.D. material. The interim order dated 05.01.2017 is extended for two weeks from today. In the result, the Criminal Petition is closed.
