This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.800 of 2014 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur Cyberabad. 2.
Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that in the subject Calendar Case the petitioner/ A.1 was acquitted.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
