Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner alleges that one Late Sri I. Venkat Rao was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.23.19 guntas situated at Alijahpur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and he alienated the said land in favour of Raja Uday Singh under a registered sale deed dated 13th ABAN, 1339 Fasli (1929 A.D). Subsequently, a Muntakhab was issued recognizing Raja Uday Singh as the owner of the subject land. The Muntakhab also recognizes the said land as self purchased Maktha of Raja Uday Singh. Petitioner claims that though Muntakhab was issued long back in the year 1929, till date no steps are taken to implement the same in the revenue records. The petitioner made representations dated 25.09.2017 and 09.10.

2017 to the respondents requesting to implement the Muntakhab and mutate the name of Sri Raja Uday Singh in the revenue records in respect of the subject land. Thereafter, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, addressed letter dated 08.11.2017 to the Tahsildar, Gandipet, Ranga Reddy District, to enquire into the representations of the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner, being the legal heir of Raja Uday Singh, made representation dated 25.02.2019 to the Tahsildar seeking mutation of the name of Raja Uday Singh. He claims that so far no action is taken on the representations. Alleging inaction, petitioner filed W.P.No.6259 of 2019 and by order dated 26.03.

- 3 - the petitioner to make an application in the prescribed format, Form VI-A, under the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, along with requisite fee and in the event such an application is received, the Tahsildar should consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Accordingly, on 01.04.2019, petitioner made application. Alleging inaction in disposing of the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Even now petitioner has not made application in Form VI-A, in prescribed proforma, through online web portal. Thus, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal seeking mutation. On receipt of such application, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
