VI NOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE P.SREE SUDHA Writ Petition No.18636 of 2006 O R D E R:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme has been introduced by the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No.45 Rev.(CT.II) Department, dt.09.05.2022, for settlement of disputes; that the petitioner has submitted an application for availing the said benefit and that the same has been accepted by the Revenue by issuing a letter of acceptance in Form 4. 2.

In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
