THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.6 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 22.12.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.5617 of 2010 in C.C.No.2281 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kakinada.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to urge the points raised in this criminal revision before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
