Aggrieved by the action of official respondents in not registering the crime against unofficial respondents 4 to 6 based on the reports lodged by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Pahadisharif Policed Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.181 of 2018, under Sections 420, 468, 471 of IPC on the file of Pahadisharif Police Station, was registered and the same is under investigation.
