HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20289 of 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent is interfering in civil dispute between himself and the private parties and pressurizing him to settle the disputes. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegations made by the petitioner in the writ affidavit and stated that the Mancherial police are not interfering in civil disputes and they are not calling the petitioner to the police station and not making him to sit in the police station from morning to evening.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd parties and not to pressurize him to settle the disputes. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
