THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20209 OF 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner challenges final notice dated 07.04.2018. One of the objections is that the petitioner on 17.03.2018 has filed detailed objection and now the stage if necessary is to conduct enquiry, but not issue a notice impugned in the Writ Petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to file counter or get instructions from respondents.

After perusing the annexure, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be given liberty to resubmit the objections said to have been filed on 17.03.2018, together with additional objections, if any, within one week from today. The 2nd respondent considers the objections in accordance with law, if circumstances warrant conduct enquiry and complete the enquiry in three months thereafter. 4.
