When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that at the time of filing of the writ petition, the age of the petitioner was 34 years and now she is aged 50 years. At this length of time, no mandamus can be issued directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds. Therefore, the writ petition is closed.
