This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 103 of 2016 of Annavaram Police Station, East Godavari district, registered for the offences punishable under section 8 [c] read with section 20 [b] [ii] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri K. Naveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A-2 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
