Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondents 5 and 6. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the 4th respondent in deleting the petitioners names in computer adangals with respect to land of an extent of Ac.0.39 gts., in Sy.No.1590/B of Jaggayyapalli Village, Jammikunta Mandal, Karimnagar District as illegal and arbitrary and in contravention of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and consequently, direct the respondents to restore the petitioners names in the computer adangals."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that though the petitioners submitted explanation to the notice dated 19.09.2016, till date the 4th respondent - Tahsildar has not passed any order. He further submits that petitioners will be put to much hardship, if no

CPK,J WP_44948_2016 orders are passed, since the digital records show the name of the unofficial respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that a suitable direction may be given to the respondent authorities to pass orders on the reply submitted by the petitioners. 6.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th Respondent - Tahsildar, to pass orders on the reply dated 27.09.2016 submitted by the petitioners pursuant to the notice dated 19.09.2016, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners, unofficial respondents and the aggrieved persons, if any. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
