Petitioner's grievance is that 5th respondent is not being relieved by respondents 1 to 4 to work in Varaparala Grampanchayat, where petitioner is the Sarpanch. 2.

Sri G.Sheshadri, Standing Counsel for 4th respondent has produced the proceedings R.C.No.B/25/2015 dt.01.07.2017 relieving the 5th respondent.

In view of said development, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. 4.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
