The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's complaints dated 19.10.2019 and 21.10.2019 and register FIR against the persons named in the complaints. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint made by the mother of the petitioner, a crime has been registered against the petitioner and a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued, which was duly acknowledged by the petitioner, and instead of complying with the requirements of Section 41-A Cr.P.C. notice, as a counter-blast, the petitioner approached this Court alleging that the authorities are not registering FIR based on the complaints made by him.

So far as the complaints stated to have been made by the petitioner, as above, are concerned, the fifth respondent, by report dated 30.10.2019, submitted that none of the complaints have been received by him till date, inasmuch as the same have been sent through registered post with acknowledgment due, addressed to the third respondent. By the said report, the fifth respondent also stated that after receiving the petitioner's complaints, necessary action would be taken. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
