This appeal is preferred by the claimant, who filed O.P.No.479 of 2003, seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (V Additional District Judge) at Nizamabad, by award dated 30.06.2005.

2. Though it is brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel appearing for the appellant is passed away, none appeared for the appellant in his place.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
