Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents Nos.4 and 5, and not to summon the petitioners to the police station unnecessarily. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the above official respondents to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioners for cognizable offence.
