HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3708 of 2008 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition, so also C.R.P.M.P.No.2966 of 2015.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the civil revision petition and C.R.P.M.P.No.2966 of 2015 are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioner to file a Calculation Memo in terms of the directions issued by the Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar District, vide order dated 02.11.2007 in E.A.No.241 of 2007 in E.P.No.3 of 1999 in O.P.No.184 of 1995.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
