This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Court of XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal in proceedings CC/SR. No.5199 of 2015 to allow the petitioner/ complainant to make an oral complaint.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
