THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.10501 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Against the common order passed by the Tribunal in four O.As., three of them, under challenge in W.P.No.1787 of 2015 and Batch, were disposed of by the common order dated 16.02.2015.

Both the learned Government Pleader for Services and Sri K.R. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent, would agree that as the present Writ Petition is filed against the fourth O.A, this Writ Petition should also be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1787 of 2015 and Batch dated 16.02.2015. Following the order passed in W.P.No.1787 of 2015 and Batch dated 16.02.2015, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
