Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that the order dated 10.10.2017 in W.P. No. 24353 of 2017 has been complied with and the cause in the present contempt case does not survive 3.

Recording the above made submission, the contempt case is closed. Flowever, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.
